The findings obtained from the participants were analyzed with the SPSS 24 statistical package program. It was determined that the results showed normal distribution (2.0>x>-2.0) and the paired sample t test, which is one of the parametric tests, was used. Findings: At the end of the research; In female handball players, it was found that there was a p<0.05 difference in favor of the post-test in body weight, 30 meters sprint and vertical jump tests, and there was a p>0.05 variation in body mass index and standing long jump measurements. Abstract
