The purpose of the article is to develop a psychological mechanism to increase the efficiency of the enterprise staff. \nTo achieve the objectives of the article, the following methods were used: the information on the chronological and substantive dynamics of changes in forms of government was analyzed and synthesized, the subject of cognition and the dialectic of the process of cognition were studied. Using a logical approach, it is defined that the process of cognition is the starting point in the psychological mechanism of improving the efficiency of staff. Abstract

The efficiency of professional activity of employees is an important factor in the competitiveness of the enterprise. The purpose of the article is to develop a psychological mechanism to increase the efficiency of the enterprise staff. 提高企业员工工作效率的心理机制
员工的专业活动效率是影响企业竞争力的重要因素。本文的目的是建立一种提高企业员工工作效率的心理机制。为了实现本文的目标,本文采用了以下方法:对政府形式变化的时间和实质动态信息进行分析和综合,研究认识的主体和认识过程的辩证法。运用逻辑方法,定义认知过程是提高员工效率的心理机制的起点。研究中还广泛运用了系统法、图解法和综合法,形成了提高企业员工工作效率的心理机制。本文进一步发展了提高企业员工效率的心理机制,对比现有的,即不同阶段的学习过程和相应的心理调节机制。根据具体情况,提出的改进将允许在不同阶段的专业员工发展的不同阶段的活动中分配不同心理区域激活的优先级。发展完善的心理机制以提高员工效率的结果为进一步研究完善各阶段心理调节机制的形成和联系的措施体系提供了基础,以确保下一阶段认知活动转化的成功。
