Abstract

The development of components of innovative projects information support is discussed. Information is selected on the topic of «Carbon Polygon» and presented as a Thematic Office: documents metadata with navigation to information sources and full texts. Statistical snapshots by years, primary sources, countries, subjects, and authors can be obtained.
