Abstract

Traditional PID control algorithm has made an extraordinary contribution for excellent mach inability of NC machine. Along with the increasing of the machining precision and rising of exterior disturbance, traditional PID control algorithm could not meet the needs of requirement for mach inability because of its fixed-parameter. A mathematical model of cutting system was established, and the simulation experiment and analysis of cutting system were accomplished. The simulation result shows, compared with PID algorithm, Fuzzy PID algorithm applied to NC machine cutting control system reaches better dynamic property, anti-interference property and robust property.
基于模糊pid控制的数控切削系统建模与仿真
