The Influence of Leadership and Lecturer Commitment on Civic Education through Online Teamwork

Abstract

This research is motivated by concerns of the education management of students, who are studying civic education. This study aimed to determine the influence of leadership and lecturer's commitment on the effectiveness and efficiency of civic education. This research was also conducted as a reference material for lecturers to improve their effectiveness and efficiency in lecturing students who have done online teamwork for particular projects in civic education courses. The result of this study showed that there are significant influence of the leadership and lecturer's commitment on civic education. Therefore, it is very relevant and urgent for lecturers to improve the quality of their leadership and commitment in lecturing civic education.
