The research consequently focuses on the process of the educational system. The research focuses on the use of websites in the e-learning systems from the user point of view, the main issue in this research concern the usability of e-learning platforms during the COVID-19 pandemic. The research to assess the usability of the e-learning system, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic, due to the compulsory use by both students and lecturers of e-learning systems. The paper investigates the level of usability of the existing E-learning website in Jordan from the student perspective in addition to evaluate the status of usability of the existing E-learning website in Jordan from the student perspective using subjective evaluation methods. Abstract
