The analysis shows that the parameters of BLDCM PID tuned by ITAE, the rise time of step response, overshoot, ITAE and other indicators have obvious advantages. Abstract

Among all kinds of control strategies for brushless DC motor (BLDCM), proportional integral differential (PID) control is the most widely used control method. PID tuning methods widely used in engineering are mostly trial and error methods, which increase the burden of engineering debugging. 基于ITAE指标的无刷直流电动机PID参数整定方法研究
在各种无刷直流电动机控制策略中,比例积分微分(PID)控制是应用最广泛的控制方法。工程上广泛采用的PID整定方法多为试错法,增加了工程调试的负担。本文首先对无刷直流电机的传递函数模型进行了分析。在此基础上,采用面积法计算了无刷直流电机的参数,并对几种PID整定方法进行了研究。利用Matlab非线性最小二乘函数根据ITAE指标和超调量对PID参数进行优化,得到优化后的Kp、Ki和Kd,实现PID参数整定。分析表明,采用ITAE整定的BLDCM PID参数、阶跃响应上升时间、超调量、ITAE等指标具有明显优势。最后,通过无刷直流电机仿真实例验证了该方法的可行性。
