The statistical analytical method (Validity and Reliability Analysis, Correlation Analysis, Factor Analysis, Regression Analysis) used, which aims to describe and analyze the phenomenon of the study and to reveal the relationship between its components and the processes it includes.The results showed (the dimensions of servant leadership) Service and Empowerment have a significant and positive impact on job involvement at the University of Kirkuk.
