A Methods of Operational Effectiveness for C4ISR System Based on System Dynamics Analysis

Abstract

The C4ISR system is responsible for task of information distribution and circulation in combat system, so the comprehensive assessment for C4ISR system is the basis of information combat system evaluation. Methods such as AHP, ADC and index method cannot measure the correlation between the system and the result of battle. Based on system dynamics mode, this paper designs cause effect diagram, system diagram, as well as the relationships among the variables of C4ISR operational system, with quantitative analysis of the operational effectiveness of C4ISR system and situation influence, providing a reference for research of C4ISR system operational effectiveness assessment.
