REFERENCE KNOWLEDGE IN TEACHER EVALUATION

Abstract

Evaluation activity is a special form of human activity. It appeared along with human activities and is an important characteristic of it. Assessment allows you to know the surrounding reality, to establish a reliable and useful relationship with it. The teacher also, in assessing the knowledge and skills of the student, must learn about his academic achievements and shortcomings. To organize the assessment, the teacher must learn the organization mechanisms, the stages of its implementation. However, in order to successfully carry out the assessment, the teacher must have formed supporting knowledge. The article is devoted to the study of these issues.
