Abstract
A solution is proposed to achieve a novel all purpose programmable radar system based on DSP, PCI/Compact PCI bus and Windows system, and a new raster scan conversion algorithm is proposed. The system offers a full software console, which can be applied to achieve many kinds of radar systems.
