Unified FCT-Fixture for EOL Testing of Automotive ECUs

Abstract

The article discusses the features of the development of a unified functional test fixture (FCT-fixture) for testing automotive electronic control units (ECUs) during production and at the end of the production line. The requirements for a unified FCT-fixture in the conditions of a short cycle time and a large number of manufactured ECUs are determined. The approval and implementation of the developed contact device into the production process was carried out.
