Abstract
With the emergence of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, various technologies are being introduced, and among these, interest in the commercialization of Autonomous Vehicles (AV) is increasing. Currently, Autonomous Vehicles (AV) are being researched to build related facilities such as road infrastructure and signal control and V2X so that they can operate in consideration of the surrounding situation to the final destination. In this study, we proposed a dynamic route guidance system (Dynamic Route Guidance system) that allows Autonomous Vehicles (AV) to be assigned appropriate routes for the efficient operation. The optimal route search system considers various parameters necessary for the route search between the departure point and the arrival point (O/D) and determines the traffic situation at regular intervals. The study follows first, a theoretical analysis of various traffic assignment techniques and parameters for applying to Autonomous Vehicles (AV) and systems is carried out. Jeju-island, which has a traffic policy analysis system in terms of management, was selected for Shin-Jeju. This study analyzed the effects before and after the introduction of the optimal route search system using the vehicle characteristics of the Autonomous Vehicle (AV) and the traffic information of the test-bed network using the microscopic simulation model VISSIM. As the routes were guided, the mileage increased, but the voyage time and delay time decreased. Through the improvement effect of the introduction of this system, it suggested the construction method for the introduction and implementation of the system for the commercialization of the Autonomous Vehicle (AV) in the future and the future research direction.
