This research aims to test the effect of benefits, trust, and ease of use on customer interests using mobile banking services at PT. West Sumatra Regional Development Bank Koto Baru Branch, Dharmasraya. 本研究旨在测试在PT.西苏门答腊地区发展银行Koto Baru分行,Dharmasraya使用移动银行服务的利益,信任和易用性对客户利益的影响。本研究中使用的变量是约束变量,即客户兴趣(Y),自由变量包括利益(X1),信任(X2)和易用性(X3)。本研究使用的数据类型为定量数据。本研究使用的数据积累是来自问卷调查和使用teknik slovin的原始数据。技术数据分析采用经典假设检验、多元线性回归分析和t检验。本研究的人口是PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah sumata Barat Koto Baru Dharmasraya Branch的客户,本研究的样本为148名受访者。研究数据收集自受访者的调查结果,并采用线性回归和假设检验进行分析。结果表明,变量效益对顾客兴趣没有显著的正向影响,其t-count值为(1,1381,655),而易用性对顾客兴趣有显著的正向影响,其t-count值为(2,810>1,655)。
