Abstract
The Human and Organizational Factors (HOFs) maturity model is an important tool for assessing the maturity level of a company in several industries. It aims to establish the gap among the actual situation and the objectives desired, then identify the most effective levers of action. This article introduces a new HOFs maturity model, developed through the five key factors essential to human performance. Seen that the factors do not have a similar impact, and in order to deal with uncertainty and imprecision of deciders' information, the methodology suggested is based on the combination of the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method (FCEM). The proposed maturity model is implemented to assess the actual state of a multinational company in construction industry during the execution of a project in Morocco.
