This isafield research with a qualitative approach,carried out at the Associação de Mães e Amigos dos Autistasof Parnaíba(AMA-PHB)with teachers ofthe Specialized Educational Service for Autists, where information was obtained through online form applications, during the month of March 2021, due to the pandemic period. Through the answers,it was possible to analyze the most significant pedagogical practices, where the service teachers talkedabout theimportance of playfulness and the use of concrete materials to facilitate understanding.The pedagogical strategies adopted was another highlighted point, the more they were planned, the greater the chances of the teacher achieving the objectives outlined.The biggest challenges highlighted by the teachers are to create situations that can establish communication and interaction that help in learning, pedagogical practice and continuing education.
