Metacognitive determinants of gender differences in management activity in the conditions of remote forms of its implementation

Abstract

The article presents materials that reveal the specifics of the influence of the gender factor on the organization of the metacognitive sphere of personality in management activity. Differences in the indices of the structural organization of the components of the metacognitive plan for samples differentiated by gender have been established. The provisions are formulated according to which remote forms of implementation of management activity act as a means of enhancing metacognitive potential, on the one hand, and reducing the role of the gender of managers, on the other.
