Medicinal properties of plants derivatives from natural products have wide range of pharmacological significance. The properties of papaya ( Carica papaya ) fruit and other plant parts are well known in traditional system of medicine and also known for food and nutritional values throughout the world. During the most recent decades significant advancement has been accomplished in regards to the biological activity and medicinal use of papaya, additionally, it is considered as profitable nutraceutical natural product plant.
