URBAN CIVIL ACTIVISM IN THE URBAN PLANNING POLICY OF ALMATY CITY

Abstract

The article discusses the growth of protest moods among the residents of Almaty on the basis of the unresolved problems of infill development, the deterioration of the environment and the comfort of the living environment and related civic activity, the form of protest and the search for ways of communication between activists and government agencies to solve problems.
