Abstract

Online open courses with a remarkable feature of openness play a significant role on the implementation of the concept of life-long learning and construction of learning society. However, it is still worthy of research that if learners from different demographic characteristics have different experience on online open courses. Instigating their learning motivation, learning behavior, learning effect and putting forward some suggestions on the construction and application of online open courses and public service platform well make society value work better.
