Then, we find that rate of registering unemployment, percentage of expense for public education in budgetary revenue, hospital beds owned per 10000 persons, collections in public library owned per 100 persons and percentage of expense for environment protection in budgetary revenue are the key factors influencing public service. Abstract
This paper tries to built a grey relational analysis model for local government public service evaluation and obtain the key factors influencing local government public service.
