The design of the study was a descriptive survey. Data were collected using a Likert- Scale questionnaire distributed among target population consisting of paraprofessionals and analyzed using descriptive statistics. Result revealed proficiency in digital technology and use of digital devices by majority of the respondents for personal and official activities. However, the respondents were not too familiar with the use of technological tools and devices relevant to their work. The study recommended that paraprofessionals be exposed to continuous training to cope with the demands of the digital age. Library managers should have good training and development policies for staff to promote and boost quality library services and job performance.
