Abstract

In this paper, an intelligent static traffic grooming scheme in IP over DWDM optical Internet is proposed. By applying the ideas of the orthogonal design evolution and introducing the operations of the ecological-niche population and the hybridization, it tries to maximize the comprehensive user traffic request delay satisfaction degree and minimize the network cost simultaneously with both the user traffic request delay and bandwidth constraints met.
