The Role of Workforce agility in the acceptance of Information Systems: Evidence from Serbia

Abstract

Due to the constant progress of technology and the growing need for digitalization of various processes, the development of Information Systems, their implementation and the need to measure these systems is constantly growing. The situation caused by the Covid-19 virus has forced all educational institutions to replace their previous traditional way of working with online teaching and learning. E-Iearning can change the way of learning and offer new opportunities, by enabling learning anywhere and anytime and access to information at a distance, which is why universities and higher education institutions are increasingly striving to provide e-Iearning. The implementation and application of such systems causes a change in the working environment, so when measuring the success of IS, it is necessary to look at this aspect as well. This paper aims to investigate the role of workforce agility on the acceptance, and therefore the success, of Information Systems.
