Actual concepts such as propagation of changed inside and outside contexts, virtual execution of system level models using behavior representations, situation awareness supporting decisions on situation driven virtual and physical execution, integrating theoretical-experimental representations, and support operational decisions on engineering structures are considered. Abstract

The old phrase that things have been thoroughly changed is now true more in engineering than ever before. This paper starts with a scenario which includes definition, methodology, systems relevance, and working environment of intelligent engineering.
