Classification of Criminal Acts not Constituting a Crime from the Perspective of Methods of Regulation of Criminal Relations

Abstract

The article reveals the classification of non-criminal criminal offenses, depending on what methods of criminal regulation are used in their regulation: 1) non-criminal criminal offenses, in the regulation of which a dispositive method of regulating legal relations is used; 2) non-criminal criminal acts, in the regulation of which an imperative method of regulating legal relations is used.
