The number of samples were taken as many as 25 teachers remained, with the method of non-probability sampling by type of technique samples saturated. Approach to research is used is the approach quantitative with the method of the survey the technique of collecting data used is non-test in form of a questionnaire by having 5 (five) alternative answers. The data analysis technique used is multiple linier regression. Based on the results of the analysis found that the quality of work life and behavior leadership of the loyalty work teachers. It is demonstrated that the increasingly strong influence of the quality of work life and behavior leadership are together, then of the loyalty work teachers that generated by teachers will further increase. Abstract

Loyalty work of teachers is the measurement of loyalty that is reflected by the willingness of employees maintain and defend the organization in the inside and on the outside of work.
