The method in this study uses meta-analysis which is carried out by examining the relevant research results with research variables from various research articles. This meta-analysis was carried out on 60 research articles that examine online learning. Analysis of the data used in this meta-analysis research uses quantitative methods to determine meta-analysis data in the form of numbers and uses qualitative data to describe the relevant research findings. The results of this meta-analysis research show that the effectiveness of online learning is still lacking when compared to classical or face-to-face learning.
