Abstract

Three substances are separated from the above-ground part of Artemisia maritima L. by column chromatography method in an individual state: C15H18O3 with a m.p. of 171-172°C (substance 1), C15H18O3 with a melting temperature of 130-131°C (substance 2), C15H18O4 with a melting point of 201202°С (substance 3), which are identified as α-santonin, glabellin and artemisin on the basis of 1H NMR spectra and direct comparison of IR spectra.
海蒿地上部倍半萜内酯的研究。
采用柱层析法从海蒿地上部分分离出三种物质,分别为:C15H18O3,温度为171 ~ 172℃(物质1),C15H18O3,熔点为130 ~ 131℃(物质2),C15H18O4,熔点为201202°С(物质3),根据1H NMR光谱和直接对比IR光谱,分别鉴定为α-三冬氨酸、光珠素和青蒿素。
