Abstract

In this paper, we detect Gram positive cossi in Gram stained smear images as object detection. As detectors, we adopt Faster R-CNN, RetinaNet and YOLOv5. Then, we give experimental results for detecting Gram positive cocci, and the detection by YOLOv5 is more successful than that by Faster R-CNN and RetinaNet.
