There are three types of e-Learning that have been introduced such as usage of website, usage of semiconductor applets and virtual lecture series from distinguish lecturer. Abstract
Solid State Devices subject is a tough course for the student to understand. The main reason is students are having difficulty to visualize semiconductor carriers and their behaviours.
