RESEARCH OF ADHERENCE TO PHARMACOTHERAPY RESIDENTS OF THE ARCTIC DISTRICTS OF THE SAKHA REPUBLIC (YAKUTIA)PHARMACEUTICAL SERVICES CONSUMERS

Abstract

The main characteristics of adherence to pharmacotherapy of residents of the Arctic districts of the Sakha Republic (Yaku- tia), obtained as a result of our sociological survey, are considered. The factors influencing the adherence to the doctor’s prescrip- tions and the violation of the drug regimen are systematized by ranking and grouping. The analysis of the degree of importance for the population of consumer qualities of drugs is carried out. Possible measures to increase adherence to pharmacotherapy are considered.
