Using a case study in one of banking industry in Indonesia, to test the method of research found that PMO deliver excellent value for bank company. Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to investigate the specific function of Program Management Office (PMO) to manage multiple Kaizen or improvement projects and how we can implement PMO with more effective and more efficient to deliver value, benefits and achieve business goal in bank company.
