Abstract

In recent decades, Geographic Information System (GIS) has developed rapidly and has been integrated into all walks of our life. With the changes of people's needs, only some old GIS software could not meet the needs of the market[1]. To meet the growing needs, the GIS secondary development came into being. A large number of experts and scholars began to study it by using computer technology. Many kinds of GIS secondary developed software have emerged in an endless stream.
