Especially, lower fruit intake was associated with periodontitis, while lower have breakfast, lower total fruits, meat fish, eggs, and beans intake, and lower carbohydrate and fat energy balance were associated with severe periodontitis. \nConclusions: Diet quality had a more significant effect on severe periodontitis than on periodontitis. Abstract

Objectives: The aim of this study was to examine the association between the diet quality and periodontiti for Korean population. Methods: The total number of participants in the KNHANES was 7,943.
