To this end, 500 social workers working in social welfare facilities in Jeollabuk-do were surveyed in a self-reported manner, and the data of 291 were analyzed using the SPSS 24.0 statistical package. The main research findings are as follows. First, it was found that workplace bullying decreased as the social welfare organization became a group culture. Second, workplace bullying increased as the social welfare organization had a hierarchical culture. Third, workplace bullying increased in performance-oriented culture. Based on these results, practical alternatives for improving the organizational culture of social welfare organizations were suggested.
