The method is then compared to Outcome-based Education framework commonly practiced in Malaysia. The strength of each method is described for comparison. Abstract
Majority of technical college in Japan adapted hands-on education system. Among the attributes of hands-on education system is to emphasizes on students' creativity in problem solving. This paper aims to describe the hands-on implementation in Kanazawa Technical College, Japan based on the author observation during an internship program.
