Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic brings adaptation to learning that is done online. The class that has students with and without disabilities in the special education department requires learning readiness to face e-learning. This study measures factors, including technology, people, content, and self-development. This research’s indicators are hardware & software, network, perception, psychological, content relevance, assessment, ability, and innovation. This research method applies a quantitative descriptive. The sample in this study consisted of 72 students without disabilities and 12 students with disabilities). Overall results obtained data for all indicators is 3.7 from the 5 Aydin & Tasci scale. Thus, students are ready for e-learning but need a few improvements. E-learning that involves students with and without disabilities requires accessibility and modification of group learning activities. Specifically, students with disabilities get 3.14, indicating they are at the stage of not ready and need some work.
