In-house training as a condition for the training of teaching staff in educational institutions

Abstract

The authors of the article draw attention to the fact that the policy of modernization and standardization of the educational system involves the creation of favorable conditions for improving the quality of education, in accordance with modern requirements; the renewal of education as a whole is accompanied by the introduction of various innovations in individual educational organizations. The authors identify a number of competencies that determine the successful socialization of the younger generation in society.
