It depends on the use of adaptive e-learning systems and multimedia technologies in order to build an interactive intelligent elearning system, that assist students in improving their level of education. This included the use of adaptive navigation technology, and adaptive presentation technology, to assist the student in finding the best educational path suitable to his educational level, as well as to adapt content of the course according to his educational level of knowledge and his learning style. The advantage of the proposed web site boasts a multi-level system tests, innovative features for the possibility of measuring the extent to which the student get benefits from the site, which includes multiple-choice questions, and the possibility to know the correct answer. The student can move from one level of education to a higher level automatically, after achieving required passing score in the test. The proposed educational site includes Arabic and English, and has a database to record students; the library also contains many scenes video of the scientific miracles of the Qur'an, which included various aspects of science. The performance of the proposed system has been evaluated.
