The study was conducted in an ISO-Certified school in Quezon Province, Philippines, during the school year 2021-2022. This study utilized the sequential explanatory mixed design of completing an adopted foreign-based bullying questionnaire and participating in a focus group discussion. Descriptive statistics (frequency count, mean, and t-test) were used to interpret the data. The teachers are aware of and compliant with the Anti-Bullying Act of 2013. The respondents can adequately observe and implement the policy. The respondents can handle bullying issues using strategies set by the Anti-Bullying Act of 2013. However, there is no significant difference between teachers’ level of awareness and level of compliance at the junior high school and senior high school levels. More so, there is no significant relationship between the level of awareness and compliance of secondary school teachers. It was recommended that the school create a home-life check to monitor students who were observed or identified as having bullying characteristics.
