Abstract

After yearspsila development, the E-Government process in China has achieved great process. As the E-services are developed by different companies with different purposes and different development platform, there comes the complexity and inefficiency in information sharing and data communication, says ldquoInformation Silosrdquo. As a result, itpsilas necessary for us to integrate the existing systems to make the best use of the information resources and legacy system.
