Abstract

A two-staged load flow algorithm is proposed to solve a meshed distribution network by implementing a balanced fast and flexible radial power flow (BFFRPF) method. Firstly, a meshed distribution network is converted to a radial network by breaking the loops and the load flow of that radial network is done to obtain the open circuit breakpoint voltage.
