This has been tested in the lab as well as with the proposed application. Proposed WCDT system is a means of generating power at the location of utilization which is non-polluting and of low cost solution. From the results, this paper concludes that, the proposed system could increase power generation which could be used for lighting systems which has been estimated at the end of this paper. Abstract

Wind Contraction Diffuser and Tamer (WCDT) system is proposed in this paper which can be used for harvesting wind energy from the exhaust air of the outdoor unit of the Air Conditioner (AC) / cooling towers.
