Abstract

In day-to-day life, Vision is one of the highly important senses needs to be taken care with utmost care but the people who lost the capability of seeing the world should not be treated pity by others. In such cases, technology has come forward to help the people with visually deficient to travel along with the living environment and disseminating their life smoothly to undergo activities in rapid manner. Thus, this advancement is appreciated in a wider measurement to address all the objects of the environment to get connected with their life for leading comfortable movement across many aspects. Since visually impaired people are also considered to be part of this world, it is more important for a technology to create some significant assistance to them to live their life in a possible and remarkable manner every day.In earlier stages, the support provided for the people with vision deficiency made use of some particular hardware device such as talking blind products, identifying obstacle and etc… But the involvement and modifications of more hardware components leads to expensive and also possess some congested functionalities owing to requirement of hardware modifications. The disputes faced by visually deficient people in their daily routine are not expressed and understood. In the proposed work, an application is presented called SMART SHOES using IOT technology to facilitate people with vision deficiency for solving their issues faced everyday with the support of technology.
