Abstract
We present preliminary results of investigating an intervention system to increase user engagements in learning on educational social Q&A. Through the experimental procedure with 600 Brainly (social Q&A platform for learning) users, the study shows that interventions through a formative message have a significant effect on user behaviors and engagements in learning on educational social Q&A services.
