The objective of this study was to identify and analyze the difficulties faced by early childhood teachers in Early Childhood Education and, in a specific way, the objective was to know the theoretical conceptions about the beginning of a teaching career; Identify the profile of Early Childhood teachers at the beginning of their careers; To find the main difficulties faced by these subjects and how they deal with them. The work was done from a qualitative research carried out in the municipality of Itapetinga-BA with four early childhood education teachers.
