Abstract

培养当今学前教育的未来教育者。文章在乌克兰高等教育改革的背景下,提出了培养学前教育领域未来人才的热点问题。在对科学的心理学和教育学资源进行分析的基础上,总结了主要科学家对给定问题的看法,明确了未来幼儿园教师培训过程组织的主要途径,提出了对幼儿园教师人格的基本要求。
