Abstract

In this work, Resistive Temperature sensors were fabricated on Polyimide (PI) substrate using inkjet printing, utilizing a commercial silver nano-particles conductive ink. The Temperature sensors were characterized in a temperature range from room temperature up to 90°C. Three-line widths were fabricated to investigate the effect of dimension change. Different printing layers have been studied and verified as well. The sensor showed good linearity and sensitivity of 0.177%/oC in the tested temperature range.
