Based on the main results, it was proposed to integrate into the Planning System for Educational Services of FIME a module for strategic projects that contributes to the development of the Academic Corps, which favors their strengthening for the transition towards consolidation, with significant results in growth. and improvement of the institution's indicators. Abstract
